Welcome to Zain Bike Center (also referred to as ZBC, Google Play package: com.builtbyusman.zbc), developed and published by Muhammad Usman ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we handle and protect it, and your rights under applicable data protection laws and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

1. Information We Collect

When you use the Zain Bike Center (ZBC) mobile application to browse items and place orders, we collect the following categories of information:

Personal Account Details: Name, Email Address, and encrypted account password.
Delivery & Contact Information: Delivery Address, City, District (ضلع), Contact Phone Number, and WhatsApp Number (for real-time order delivery updates).
Order History & Cart Data: Products added to cart, wishlist items, total parcel weight, order total, and delivery charge calculations.
Payment Verification Receipts: Screenshots of bank or mobile wallet transfer receipts uploaded by the user to verify advance delivery fees.
Device & Notification Data: Device token for sending push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) regarding order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery status.

Note on Sensitive Data: We do NOT collect or store credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank passwords, or PIN codes. All advance delivery fee payments are completed directly via your banking or mobile wallet app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for legitimate commercial and operational purposes:

To process, package, and deliver your orders accurately to your specified destination.
To dynamically calculate accurate delivery charges based on parcel weight (e.g., base weight and additional per-kg increments).
To communicate with you regarding your orders via SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app push notifications.
To verify payment transfer receipts using automated Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
To prevent fraud, multiple duplicate orders, and unauthorized access.

3. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) & Payment Screenshot Processing

When placing an order requiring advance delivery fees, customers upload an image screenshot of their payment transfer (e.g., Easypaisa, Meezan Bank, JazzCash):

Our backend processes the uploaded receipt with automated OCR algorithms solely to extract the Transaction ID (TRX ID), timestamp, and amount transferred.
This ensures rapid verification of legitimate payments and prevents duplicate or fraudulent submission of previously used transaction IDs.

4. Data Retention & 20-Day Automated Purge Policy

We believe in strict data minimization and safe storage practices:

Automated 20-Day Purge: All uploaded payment receipt screenshots are stored securely on our VPS server and are automatically and permanently deleted after 20 days via an automated scheduling service once the order is fulfilled.
Account & Order Records: Your general account profile and order transaction history are maintained as long as your account remains active or until you request account deletion.

5. Device Permissions Requested

The Zain Bike Center (ZBC) application requests only necessary permissions required for its e-commerce functionality:

6. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is only shared with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate the application:

Google Firebase: Used for secure push notification delivery (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
Courier & Delivery Logistics Partners: Your delivery address, recipient name, and contact phone number are shared solely to deliver your package to your doorstep.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All network communication between the Zain Bike Center (ZBC) mobile app and our backend servers is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

8. User Rights & Account Deletion

Under Google Play policies, you have complete control over your personal information, including:

Access & Correction: You can view and update your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, and delivery address directly inside the app's Profile section.
Account & Data Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time either within the mobile app or via our dedicated web portal at Account Deletion Page.

9. Children's Privacy

Our app and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we take immediate steps to delete such information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
